Two elements controlled with one output?

Wanting to move to 10+ gallons batches, I am wanting to run two 4500w elements in my BK controlled by a single out; from my understanding I just need to run a control wire from say Out0 to each ssr for the two different elements in the BK. Correct? When I am running larger batches I would run a duty cycle of say 70% to yield an effective 6300 watts, and when doing 5g batches I could do a duty cycle of 44% to yield 3960 watts.

So I would always utilize both elements, but change the duty cycle to meet my power requirements, and this is possible because they are both utilizing the same Out0.

Am I thinking about this in the right way?

No problem with your logic - you can do it as desribed. If the SSR is rated high enough for it, you could just use a single SSR with both elements attached to it.
